Pay4done

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the Pay4done retailer platform.

Last updated: 24 July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering as a retailer, accessing the Pay4done dashboard, or using any Pay4done service — including Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), AEPS, Aadhaar Pay, recharge and bill payments, Micro ATM, and insurance — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any service-specific terms displayed on the platform.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not register for or use the Pay4done platform.

2. Retailer accounts and eligibility

Retailers must complete KYC verification and provide accurate business, identity and bank details. Pay4done may suspend or reject onboarding where information cannot be verified.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, PIN and biometric device secure. Any transaction performed using your credentials is treated as authorized by you.

Retailer accounts inactive for 90 consecutive days may be flagged for re-verification, and unclaimed wallet balances will be handled per RBI guidelines on dormant accounts.

3. Nature of services

Pay4done is a technology platform that connects retailers to RBI-licensed banks and authorized service providers for DMT, AEPS, Aadhaar Pay, recharge, bill payments, Micro ATM and insurance distribution. Pay4done is not a bank and does not hold customer deposits.

Settlement, transaction limits and service availability depend on the partner bank or service provider and may change without prior notice due to regulatory requirements.

4. Fees, commission and settlement

Commission slabs, transaction charges and applicable taxes are published on the retailer dashboard and may be revised with notice through the platform.

Settlement to a retailer's linked bank account follows the cycle stated for each service. Pay4done is not liable for delays caused by the partner bank, NPCI, or Aadhaar Enabled Payment System infrastructure.

5. Fraudulent and disputed transactions

Retailers must report suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions within 3 business days of occurrence. Failure to report within this window may limit Pay4done's ability to assist with recovery or chargeback.

Pay4done may withhold settlement or suspend an account pending investigation of a disputed, fraudulent, or chargeback-flagged transaction, and the retailer remains liable for penalties levied by the partner bank arising from confirmed fraud on their account.

6. Refunds and failed transactions

Where a transaction fails after debit but the beneficiary does not receive funds, the amount is auto-reversed to the retailer's wallet or bank account as per the partner bank's reversal timeline, typically within 3–7 business days.

Refund requests outside auto-reversal (e.g. service-provider-side disputes for recharge, bill pay or insurance) should be raised with Retailer Support along with the transaction reference number.

7. Data protection and confidentiality

Retailers must comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable RBI data localization requirements. Customer financial data collected through Pay4done must not be stored, copied or shared outside the platform.

Pay4done processes personal and transaction data as described in its Privacy Policy and does not sell customer data to third parties.

8. Suspension and termination

Pay4done may suspend or terminate a retailer account for KYC non-compliance, fraudulent activity, misuse of customer data, repeated disputes, or breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

A retailer may close their account at any time by contacting Retailer Support; any pending settlement will be processed after reconciliation.

9. Limitation of liability

Pay4done, its directors, officers and employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including loss of business or lost commission — arising from platform downtime, partner bank outages, NPCI/UIDAI infrastructure issues, or events beyond Pay4done's reasonable control.

Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

10. Third-party services

Some services (insurance, recharge, bill payments) are provided by third-party partners. Pay4done facilitates access to these services but is not the underwriter or biller, and disclaims liability for the third party's service quality, claims processing or pricing.

11. Intellectual property

The Pay4done name, logo, dashboard design and platform content are the property of Pay4done Technologies. Retailers may not copy, reverse-engineer, or use Pay4done's branding outside of their authorized retailer capacity.

12. Changes to these terms

Pay4done may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified via the dashboard, SMS or email.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Pay4done platform.

14. Grievance redressal

For unresolved complaints, contact the Grievance Officer at trovinaglobalpvtltd@gmail.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and, where possible, resolved within 30 days as per RBI's grievance redressal guidelines.
