I don't have a GST number — can I still apply?+
Yes. GST is only one accepted business proof. Udyam/MSME registration, a Gumasta license, or a Shop & Establishment Act license all work instead.
Do my bank account and PAN need to match?+
Yes — the bank account you provide should be in the same name as your PAN and Aadhaar, since commission settlement is verified against these details.
What happens if my application is rejected?+
We'll email you the specific reason — usually a document mismatch — and you're welcome to reapply once it's corrected.
Is there a fee to become a retailer?+
No. Registration and onboarding are free. You only ever pay for the wallet balance you choose to load.
